RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On amendments to Article 178 of the Criminal Code Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma on February 25, 2015 Approved by the Federation Council on 4 March 2015 Article 178 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Legislative Assembly) Russian Federation, 1996, 2954; 2003, N 50, sect. 4848; 2009, N 31, sect. 3922; 2011, N 50, st. 7343, 7362) the following changes: 1) the name should read: " Article 178. Competition restriction "; 2) the first part of the first paragraph should read: " 1. Limitation of competition through the conclusion between competitors of the agreement (the cartel), which is prohibited under the antitrust laws of the Russian Federation, if the act has caused Large harm to citizens, organizations or the State or entailed the extraction of income in a large amount,-"; 3) the notes should read: " Remarks. 1. The income of a large amount of this article is recognized as an income of more than 50 million rubles, and the income in a particularly large amount-two hundred and fifty million rubles. 2. The amount of damage in the amount of more than 10 million rubles is recognized as a major damage, and especially large damage-thirty million rubles. 3. A person who commits an offence as provided for in this article shall be exempt from criminal liability if he or she has voluntarily reported the crime voluntarily, has actively contributed to its disclosure and (or) The investigation has compensated for the damage caused by this crime or otherwise makes amends for the harm caused, and if there is no other crime in its actions.
