RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 104 of the Labor Code Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma on May 22, 2015 Approved On 3 June 2015, the Council of the Federation Article 1 Article 104 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 3; 2006, N 27, est. 2878; 2013, N 52, sect. 6986): 1) to add a new part of the second to the following: " In the event of a seasonal and/or a (or) technological reason for certain categories of workers employed in harmful and (or) hazardous working conditions, the established working hours cannot be met for a period of three months, a sectoral (cross-sectoral) agreement and a collective agreement may be envisaged An increase in the accounting period to take into account the working time of such workers, but not more than one year. "; 2) Part Two and Part Three, third and fourth, respectively. Article 2 This federal law comes into force on July 1, 2015.
