RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending certain pieces of legislation Russian Federation to clarify the state service and recognition -Article 323, paragraph 19, of the Federal Law on Customs Regulation , adopted by the State Duma on July 1, 2015 , approved by the Federation Council on 8 July 2015 Article 1 Article 36-1 of Federal Law dated 8 January 1998 N 3-FZ "On narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances" (Russian Federation Council, 1998, N 2, p. 219; 2009, N 29, est. 3614; 2014, N 23, stop. 2930) replace "military or law enforcement" with "military service or federal public service linked to law enforcement". (31) The following changes: 1) in article 2: a), paragraph 1 should be redrafted to read: " 1. The Russian Cossacks pass the federal law enforcement service in accordance with federal law. ". Article 5 Article 25, paragraph 4, of Federal Law dated March 2, 2007 N 25-FZ "On municipal service in the Russian Federation" (Russian legislature, 2007, N 10, p. 1152) replace the words "law enforcement services" with the words "other types of federal government posts". Article 6 Article 55 of the Federal Law dated April 12, 2010 N 61-FZ " On the handling of medicinal products " (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 2010, N 16, p. 1815; N 31, est. 4161; 2013, N 48, sect. 6165; 2014, N 52, sect. (7540) The words "provide for military or law enforcement" to be replaced by the words "provision of military service or federal law enforcement services". Article 7 Part 19 of Article 323 of the Federal Law of 27 November 2010, No. 311-FZ "On customs regulations in the Russian Federation" (Assembly OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 6252) to declare null and void.
