The exercise of the tasks and functions of a public authority or the exercise of the powers of a person acting as a public official by a decision of the representative of the employer and with the written consent of a civil servant shall be subject to the deferment of part of the annual paid leave exceeding 28 calendar days service year. The transferred portion of the annual paid leave shall be used not later than 12 months after the end of the service year for which this part of the leave is granted. 9-3. Part of the annual paid leave of more than 28 calendar days, or any number of days from this part of the written statement of a civil servant, may be replaced by a monetary compensation. ".
