RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to article 58 of the Federal law on basic guarantees of electoral rights and the right to vote of citizens of the Russian Federation "adopted by the State Duma April 18, 2014 years approved by the Federation Council April 29, 2014 year Article 11 paragraph 1 of article 58 of the Federal law dated June 12, 2002 N 67-FZ" on basic guarantees of electoral rights and the right to vote of citizens of the Russian Federation "(collection of laws of the Russian Federation , 2002, N 24, art. 2253; 2005, N 30, art. 3104; 2007, N 1, art. 37; 2010, no. 27, art. 3417) as follows: 1) the third sentence should read as follows: "on the local government elections of rural settlements Act the subject of the Russian Federation can be provided for the establishment of the election fund of the candidate without opening a special electoral account in case the costs of financing the election campaign of the candidate not to exceed five thousand rubles.";

Article 2 1. This federal law shall enter into force on the day of its official publication.
2. the provisions of paragraph 11 of article 58 of the Federal law dated June 12, 2002 N 67-FZ "on basic guarantees of electoral rights and the right to vote of citizens of the Russian Federation" (as amended by this federal law) shall apply to legal relationships arising in connection with elections, appointed after the date of entry into force of this federal law.
