RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW OF THE FEDERAL LAW OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Republic of Crimea and education in the Russian Federation of the new constituent entities-the Republic of Crimea and the city of the federal significance of Sevastopol adopted by the State Duma on November 19, 2014 Federation Council, 26 November 2014 Article 1. The subject of the regulation of this Federal Law This Federal Law defines the peculiarities of the legal regulation of relations in the field of mass media in connection with the adoption of the Republic of Crimea and the Russian Federation. The Russian Federation has new constituent entities-the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance Sevastopol. Article 2: Features of the legal regulation of relations in the region of the media in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance Sevastopol 1. Registration of mass media whose products are intended for distribution in the territories of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation-Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol, granting of licenses for television broadcasting, Crimea and Sevastopol will be broadcast without charge until April 1, 2015. 2. Distribution of products of mass media, including television broadcasting, radio broadcasting in the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance Sevastopol on the basis of documents issued by state bodies Ukraine is allowed to do so by April 1, 2015. 3. On legal regulation of relations in the field of mass media, including television broadcasting, radio broadcasting, in connection with the admission of the Republic of Crimea to the Russian Federation and education in the Russian Federation The new constituent entities-the Republic of Crimea and the city of federal significance of Sevastopol-may be issued by decree of the Government of the Russian Federation. Article 3. Entry into force of this Federal Law This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication.
