In order to finance self-financing infrastructure projects, the list of which is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, up to 10 per cent of the National Welfare Fund can be allocated on the basis of separate government decisions The Russian Federation in credit organizations, the volume of its own funds (capital) that amount to at least 100 billion rubles, subordinated deposits or subordinated bonds of the credit institutions. The total amount of the budget approved by the consolidated budget line of the federal budget may exceed the total amount of the federal budget approved by the federal budget law for the current fiscal year. The budget allocation for the provision of a property contribution in accordance with article 241, paragraph 14, of this Code. "; In cases stipulated by federal law on the federal budget, the property contribution of the Russian Federation to the property of the State Corporation "Deposit Insurance Agency" may be effected by the transfer of the bonds of the federal loan.
