The Government of the Russian Federation shall determine the conditions of the contracts referred to in paragraph 6 of this article of the supply of electrical energy (power), taking into account the requirements of: sales of electrical energy (power) to one or more guaranteeing suppliers, utilities, energy and utilities, to the number of electric power purchasers (capacity) of which are the population and/or assimilated categories of consumers, as well as to the subjects of the wholesale market- to purchasers of electrical energy (s) operating in separate parts of the wholesale market price zones, for which the Government of the Russian Federation has established the peculiarities of the functioning of wholesale and retail markets, up to 35 per cent of the electrical energy (power) produced by each of the points mentioned in the paragraph 6 of this article by producers. This volume is determined according to the rules of the wholesale market based on the volume of electrical energy (power) of the generating companies in the consolidated forecast balance of production and supply of electric energy (power) within the Single Market. of the Russian energy system for the year in which the supply of electricity (s) under the relevant contracts is carried out; electricity sales (capacity) according to the price contracts referred to in paragraph 6 of this article OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 8. From 1 January 2015, wholesale market entities-electric power buyers (capacities) operating in parts of the wholesale market price zones, for which the Government of the Russian Federation has established features of functioning Wholesom and retail markets, electrical energy (power) to provide consumers who do not belong to the population and/or equivalent categories of consumers, is bought in the following shares from the summarized forecast balance production and supply of electric energy (power) under the Single Energy of the Russian system for the year in which the supply of electric energy (power) is carried out, the volume of electrical energy consumption of each of such buyers of electric energy (power), reduced by the volume of electric energy consumption (capacity) of the population and/or equivalent categories of consumers specified in the consolidated forecast balance of production and supply of electric energy (capacity) within the Single Energy System of the Russian Federation for the year in which they are implemented Electricity (capacity): from 1 January 2015 30 June 2018-100 per cent; from 1 July to 31 December 2018-not more than 90 per cent; from 1 January to 30 June 2019-no more than 80 per cent; from 1 July to 31 December 2019-no more than 70 per cent; between 1 January and 30 June 2020-not more than 60%; from 1 July to 31 December 2020-no more than 50%; from 1 January to 30 June 2021, not more than 40%; from July 1 to December 31, 2021 no more than 30 per cent; from 1 January to 30 June 2022, not more than 20 per cent; from 1 July to 31 December 2022-not more than 10%. 9.
