In order to suppress illegal production and (or) turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products, seized from illegal traffic on the basis of decisions of the competent authorities in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation Officials subject to: 1) ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products in the event that their production and (or) turnover are carried out: without the appropriate licenses, except in the case provided for in paragraph 5 of article 20 of this Federal Law; without marking in compliance with article 12 of this Federal Law or with the labeling of fake stamps; without state standards and technical conditions; without committing or transmitting information about the volume of production and (or) turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products into a single State automated information system, except as provided for in article 8, paragraph 2-1 of this Federal Law; without legality of production and (or) turnover such products; 2) ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products containing ethyl alcohol produced from non-edific raw materials or having denatured additives, with the exception of alcohol-containing non-edifants products; 3) ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products which are vacant property; 4) raw materials, semi-finished products, production, transport, consumer packagings (package), labels, means of flogging used for the production of ethanol Spirits, alcohol and alcohol-containing products, federal stamps and excise stamps (including forged) for the marking of alcoholic beverages in the event that they are found in the warehouse, production premises of the organization, as well as on Other objects owned or used by the organization in carrying out activities to be licensed under article 18, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act, in the absence of a licence to carry out the relevant type of activity activities; 5) basic technology equipment for Production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products in the event that it: is found in the warehouse, production premises of the organization as well as in other facilities owned or used by the organization In the performance of activities to be licensed under article 18, paragraph 2, of this Federal Act, in the absence of a licence to carry out the activity in question; does not belong to the organization Property, management or operational control; and is located on the premises of warehouses, production premises of the organization; 6) road transport used for the transport of ethyl alcohol (including denatrate) and unpackaged alcohol-containing products containing ethyl ether more than 25 per cent of the volume of finished goods (excluding road transport used for the transport of these products up to a volume not exceeding 200 decaliters per year, by organizations that have purchased the products in order to be transported) use as raw material or auxiliary material for production Non-pyrotechnic products, for technical purposes or for other purposes unrelated to the production and/or turnover (except procurement) of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products and owned, operational management or the management of such organizations), in the absence of a licence to carry out the activities in question. 2. Delete ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products as specified in subparagraphs 1 to 3 of paragraph 1 of this article, as well as raw materials, semi-finished products, production, transport, consumer packagings (package), labels, means of flogging Consumer packaging used for ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products, federal stamps and excise stamps (including counterfeit) for the alcohol labelling referred to in paragraph 1, subparagraph 4 of this article shall be removed and stored away from the place of exemption, by the Government of the Russian Federation. Seized or confiscated ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products as specified in subparagraphs 1 to 3 of paragraph 1 of this article, as well as raw materials, intermediate goods, production, transport, consumer packagings (package), labels, means of cucuming of the consumer packaging used for the manufacture of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products, federal stamps and excise stamps (including counterfeit) for the labelling of alcohol products, referred to in paragraph 1, subparagraph 4 The decision of the court in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation. 3. The seized basic technological equipment for the production and trafficking of ethyl alcohol, alcohol and alcohol-containing products as referred to in paragraph 1, paragraph 5 of this Article shall be subject to removal, export and storage outside the place of exception in the order, by the Government of the Russian Federation.
