A single check registry 1. In order to ensure that State control (supervision) is taken into account, the checks are performed at the municipal level and the results are set up in a single inspection register. The unified verification register is a federal State information system. The operator of a single register of inspections is the Office of the Procurator-General of the Russian Federation. 2. The rules for the formation and maintenance of a single register of inspections shall be approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. The rules define: 1) the order in which the single registry is created and entered into service; 2) the order of assignment in the automatic mode of the verification account; 3) the membership of the test account; 3) A single inventory of verification information, its results and measures taken to combat and (or) eliminate the consequences of the detected violations, the timing and manner of including this information in the roster; 4) of information to be provided by the State the authorities, local authorities, the procedure for its provision; 5) the composition of other information on the implementation of state control (supervision), municipal control, which should be included in the single register of inspections. 3. The single-registry operator provides the following public information from the single verification register on a dedicated Internet site: 1) the verification account number; 2) the information reported in Orders or orders of the head, deputy head of the state control (supervision), municipal control and the information provided by paragraphs 1-6 and 9 of Part 2 of Article 14 of this Federal Law; 3) as referred to in the act of verification and referred to in paragraphs 1 to 6 of part 2 of article 16 of this Federal Law; 4) an indication of the results of the inspection (whether it was revealed in the course of the inspection of the violation of the mandatory requirements and requirements established by the municipal legal acts); 5) an indication of the measures taken in Violations detected in the conduct of the inspection, including the issuing of injuns to a legal person, an individual entrepreneor for the removal of identified violations and (or) the conduct of measures to prevent harm, the application of measures in the case of an administrative offence, Involvin persons responsible for administrative liability, suspension or cancellation of previously issued permits, licences, accreditation certificates, other documents of a permissive nature, withdrawal of products, distribution of materials Violations of the mandatory requirements and requirements established by municipal legal acts, State bodies and local authorities, in accordance with their competence, to appeal against decisions and actions (non-action) of the State control (oversight) body municipal control, their officials and the results of such appeals. 4. The maintenance of a single register of inspections, the inclusion of relevant information and its disclosure shall take into account the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on State and other legally protected secrecy. ". Article 2 1. This law enters into force on July 1, 2015. 2. Provisions of Article 13-3 of the Federal Law of 26 December 2008 N 294-FZ " On the Protection of Legal Persons and Individual Entrepreneurs in Implementation State control (supervision) and municipal control " (in the wording of this Federal Act) regarding the assignment of the verification account number and the inclusion in the single register of verification information shall apply to checks, in the exercise of federal State control (supervision) by the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and of checks carried out in the exercise of regional State control (supervision), as of 1 July 2016, in respect of checks carried out in the implementation of the municipal -Monitoring, effective 1 January 2017.
