RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 1151 of Part Three of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Adopted by the State Duma on 5 July 2013 Approved by the Federation Council on 10 July 2013 Article 1 Article 1151, paragraph 2, of the Civil Code Russian Federation (Legislative Assembly Russian Federation, 2001, 4552; 2007, N 49, sect. 6042) the change, as follows: " 2. As a result of inheritance under the law, the property of the urban or rural settlement, the municipal area (in part of the intersected territory) or the city district shall be transferred to the following freezing property located in the respective territory: residential premises; land, as well as its buildings, structures, other real estate facilities; share in the right of shared ownership of the second and third paragraphs in the second and third paragraphs Immovable property items. If these objects are located in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, a city of federal importance to Moscow or St. Petersburg, they are transferred to the property of such a constituent entity of the Russian Federation. The Accommodation specified in paragraph 2 of this paragraph shall be included in the appropriate social housing stock.
