RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments to Article 1-1 of the Russian Federal Law on Days of Military Fame and Commemorative Dates Decisions of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation "On the establishment of Memorial Day for the victims of radiation accidents and disasters" adopted by the State Duma on 23 March 2012 of the Federation Council of 28 March 2012 Article 1 Enroll in Articles 1 to 1 of the Federal Law of 13 March 1995 No. 32-FZ "On the Days of Military Glory and Commemorative Dates of the Russian Federation" (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation) Federation, 1995, N 11, sect. 943; 2005, N 30, est. 3109; 2007, N 10, est. 1149; N 44, est. 5279; 2009, N 15, sect. 1781; 2010, N 23, sect. 2787; N 30, st. 4001; N 49, sect. 6416) the following changes: 1) to add the following new paragraph 5: "April 26-Day of participants in liquidation of consequences of radiation accidents and catastrophes and memory of the victims of these accidents and disasters;" 2) Paragraphs 5 to 12 should be considered as paragraphs 6 to 13, respectively. Article 2 Admit invalid by decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation "On the establishment of the Day of Remembrance of the victims of the radiation accidents and disasters" (statements by people's deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, 655).
