RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW About the creation of the Troitsky and the Shcherbinsky District Courts of the city of Moscow and the definition of territories to which is subject to jurisdiction Separate district courts of the city Moscow and city courts of Moscow region Adopted by the State Duma on 6 July 2012 Approved by the Federation Council on 18 July 2012 Article 1 Article 1 under article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law N 1-FKZ " On the judicial system of the Russian Federation "and articles 3, 32 and 33 of the Federal Constitutional Law dated February 7, 2011," On courts of general jurisdiction in the Russian Federation ": 1) create: Troitsky District Court of Moscow; The Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow; 2) establish that The jurisdiction of the newly established district courts in Moscow is extended to the following territories of the city of Moscow within the boundaries existing on the date of the entry into force of this Federal Law: The territories of the settlements of Voronovskoye, Mykhailovskoye, Krasnopakhorske, Mihailovo-Yarzewskoe, Pervomayskoe, Pervomaisky, Troitsk, Shtchavskoye; and the Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow-on the territory of the settlements of Vnukovo, Voskresenskoe, Dessenovsky, Kokoshkino, Marushkin, Moscow, Mosraxen, Ryazanovskoye, Sosenskoe, Shcherbinka, Shcherbinka; (3) NARO-Fomin Moscow Oblast Court to transfer the relevant questions of the administration of justice: in the settlements of Kiev, Nefedorovskoe, Pervomaisky-to the jurisdiction of the newly established Troitsky District Court of Moscow; on the territories of the settlements of Kokoshkino, Marushkinsk-to the jurisdiction of the newly created Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow; 4) establish that the jurisdiction of the Nara-Fomin City Court The Moscow Region is extended to the territory of the [ [ Moscow Region]] of the [ [ Moscow Region]] within the [ [ Moscow Region]], which has been in place since 1 July 2012; " The administration of justice: on the territories of the settlements of Voronovskoye, Klyenovsky, Krasnopakhor, Mykhailovo-YJarzewskoe, Rogovskoe, Troitsk, Shchaposovo-to the jurisdiction of the newly created Troitsk District Court of Moscow; settlements in Ryazanovsky, Shcherbinka to the jurisdiction of the newly created The Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow; 6) to establish that the jurisdiction of the Podolsk City Court of the Moscow Region extends to the territory of the Podolsky District of the Moscow Region within the borders existing since 1 July 2012; (7) Vidnovo City Court of Moscow Region to transfer jurisdiction issues related to the administration of justice in the territories of Vnukovo, Voskresensky, Dessenovsky, Moskovsky, Mosxrangen, Sosenskoe, Philimonkovo, and the jurisdiction of the Moscow region The newly created Shcherbinsky District Court of Moscow; 8) to establish that the jurisdiction of the Vidnovsk City Court of the Moscow Region applies to the Leninsky area of the Moscow region within the boundaries existing since 1 July 2012; 9) to establish that the jurisdiction of Kuntsevo The district court of the city of Moscow is distributed in the territory of Mozhaysky district, Krylatskoye and Kuntsevo districts of the city of Moscow within the boundaries existing since July 1, 2012; 10) administration of justice in parts of the Territory The settlements of the Ilyin and Krasnohorsk, which came as of July 1, 2012 to the Kuntsevo district of Moscow, to the jurisdiction of the Kuntsevo District Court of Moscow; 11) to establish that the jurisdiction of the Krasnogorsk city court of the Moscow region is distributed in the territory of the settlements of Ilyinskoye, Krasnohorsk, Nakhabino, Oronenno Moscow Oblast, within the borders of 1 July 2012; 12) to the Lone Municipal Court of the Moscow Region administration of justice in the territories since 1 July 2012 The Mozhaysk district of Moscow city and the Kuntsevo district of Moscow, the jurisdiction of the Kuntsevo District Court of Moscow; 13) to establish that the jurisdiction of the Odintsovo Urban Court of Moscow Region extends to the territory " The jurisdiction of the Tushinsky district court in Moscow is extended to the territory of Kurkino, Mithino, Pokrovskoe and Strelshnevo, and in the [ [ Moscow Region]], [ [ Moscow]], [ [ Moscow]], [ [ Moscow]] and [ [ Moscow]] Tushino and South Tushino in the borders of 1 July 2012; 15) Tushinsky District Court of Moscow to transfer the relevant questions of the administration of justice to part of the territory of Kurkinsk district of Moscow, which has been included in the Khimki city district of the Moscow region on 1 July 2012, In the jurisdiction of the Khimki city court of the Moscow region; 16) to establish that the jurisdiction of the Khimki city court of the Moscow region applies to the territory of the city district of Khimki in the Moscow region within the boundaries existing with 1 17) to the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of Justice OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION It is carried out at the expense of the federal budget within the limits of the budgetary allocations for the maintenance of the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2 1. Administrative, civil, criminal and complaints filed under article 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation The Federation, which has not been considered on the date of the entry into force of article 1, paragraphs 2 to 16, of this Federal Act, shall be considered by the courts which have accepted them in accordance with the matters relating to their administration of justice, on the date of adoption of the relevant cases. 2. Appeals, cassation and supervisory appeals and representations made by a prosecutor not considered on the date of the entry into force of article 1, paragraphs 2 to 16, of this Federal Act shall be considered by the rules in force on the date of their filing with the court authority. Article 3 1. This Federal Law shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of the provisions for which this article establishes a different time frame for their entry into force. 2. Article 1, paragraphs 2 to 8, of this Federal Act shall enter into force on the date of appointment of two thirds of the established number of judges of the district court concerned. 3. Paragraphs 9 to 16 of article 1 of this Federal Law shall enter into force on 1 October 2012. 4. The Presidium of the Moscow City Court has decided to start the activity of the Troitsky District Court in Moscow and the Shtcherbinsky District Court in Moscow.
