The same acts committed against the precursors of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances included in table II of List IV of the Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors to be Control in the Russian Federation- involves the imposition of an administrative fine on legal persons in the amount of between 100,000 and 200 thousand rubles, with the confiscation of the precursors of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances, or without administrative suspension for a period of up to 90 days, with the confiscation of drug precursors or without any psychotropic substances. 3. The same acts committed against the precursors of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances included in table III of List IV of the Narcotic Drugs, Psychotropic Substances and their Precursors for Control in the Russian Federation- involves imposing an administrative fine on legal entities in the amount of between 50,000 and 100,000 rubles, with the confiscation of the precursors of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances or without psychotropic substances. For administrative offences under this article, in violation of the rules for the trafficking of the precursors of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances included in list IV of the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their Precursors subject to control in the Russian Federation, persons carrying out business without the entity of a legal entity bear administrative liability as legal entities.
