Federal Law On Amendments to Articles 34 and 46 of the Federal Law "On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" Duma on January 26, 2011 Approved by the Federation Council on 2 February 2011 86-FZ "On the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (Bank of Russia)" OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 2790; 2008, N 42, sect. 4696; N 44, st. 4982; 2009, N 1, st. 25; 2010, N 45, sect. 5756) the following changes: 1) paragraph 2 of Article 34: " Forecasting and organizing of production, including placing of an order for the production of banknotes and coins of the Bank of Russia to the organization, "Bank of Russia is entitled to supplement the banknotes and coin of the Bank of Russia, the transport and storage of the Bank of Russia banknotes and coins, the creation of their reserve funds;"; (2) article 46, to be supplemented with Part Four: to be transferred to Russian and foreign credit organizations, as well as to organizations "The Bank of Russia banknotes and coins of the Bank of Russia, and the banknote of the Bank of Russia at prices different from the face value of the Bank of Russia, are determined by the Bank of Russia."
