RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Voluntary Fire Protection Adopted by the State Duma on April 20, 2011 Approved by the Federation Council on April 27, 2011 class="ed">(In the version of federal laws of 2/07.2013) N 185-FZ; dated 13.07.2015. N 234-FZ Chapter 1. General provisions Article 1. The subject of regulation of this Federal Law 1. The subject of the regulation of this Federal Law is the public relations arising from the exercise by natural persons and legal persons-public associations of the right of association to participate in prevention and (or) Fire extinguishing and rescue works, as well as in connection with the establishment, operation, reorganization and (or) liquidation of public associations of fire protection. 2. Article 2. Article 4. The legal basis for the creation and operation of a voluntary fire brigade The legal basis for the establishment and operation of voluntary fire protection are the Constitution of the Russian Federation, international treaties of the Russian Federation, Federal constitutional laws, this Federal Act, other federal laws, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, normative legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipal legal acts. Article 5. Article 7. Public Fire Organization 1. The public fire protection organization is based on the membership of the public association of fire protection, created by individuals and (or) legal entities-voluntary associations for the implementation of joint activities, protection of the general interest and the attainment of the Charter objectives. 2. Voluntary fire protection units are organized and supported by voluntary fire protection units, training of volunteer fire fighters and material incentives for volunteer firefighters Providing fire safety. 3. Public organizations of fire protection represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of volunteer firefighters and other members of public fire protection organizations in relations with state authorities, local authorities and organizations. Article 8. Public Fire Protection Agency 1. Article 9. Article 10. Voluntary fire brigade personnel 1. The voluntary fire brigade consists of volunteer firefighters, who are staffed by personnel and volunteer firefighters. 2. Chapter 3: Status of volunteer firefighters and volunteer firefighters Article 13. Registration of volunteer firefighters 1. Article 14. The rights of volunteer firefighters and voluntary fire fighters 1.
