Sea logers 1. Lozman vessel transactions are carried out by sea-pilot vessels with pilotage certificates issued by sea masters on the right of pilotage of vessels in certain areas. 2. The pilot is a citizen of the Russian Federation who meets the requirements of the law of the sea pilot, approved by the federal executive authority in the field of transport, in agreement with the federal authority of the executive branch in the field of defence and the federal executive authority in the field of fisheries.
