RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On abolition of the Lomonosov district court St. Petersburg's federal significance Adopted by the State Duma on 3 June 2011 Approved by the Federation Council on 8 June 2011 Article 1 Article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law N 1-FKZ " On the judicial system of the Russian Federation " and articles 3 and 32 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 7 February 2011 on the courts of general jurisdiction in the Russian Federation The Federation ": 1) to abolish the Lomonosov District Court of the Federal City of St. Petersburg, transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Petrodvortsovy District Court of St. Petersburg; 2) establish that the jurisdiction of the Petrodvortsy District The court of St. Petersburg is extended to the territory of Petravortsy district of St. Petersburg at the borders of the Federal Law; 3) to the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The Federation shall carry out the organizational arrangements relating to the implementation of this Federal Law; 4) financial support for the obligations arising from the implementation of this Federal Law shall be made at the expense of the Federation. within the limits of the budget appropriations, on the basis of the general jurisdiction of the courts. Article 2 1. This Federal Act shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraphs 1 and 2, of this Federal Act. 2. Article 1, paragraphs 1 and 2, of this Federal Law shall enter into force one year after the date of the official publication of this Federal Law.
