RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On ratification of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants Adopted by the State Duma on June 17, 2011 Approved by the Federation Council on 22 June 2011 to ratify the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants of 22 May 2001 (hereinafter referred to as the Convention), signed on behalf of the Russian Federation in New York City on 22 May 2002 (...) (...) Article 18, paragraph 2, of the Convention states that in respect of any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of the Convention, the means of dispute settlement referred to in subparagraphs (a) and (b) of article 18, paragraph 2, of the Convention shall be recognized as a means of dispute settlement. Mandatory against any party accepting the same obligations; (2) The Russian Federation declares, in accordance with article 25, paragraph 4, of the Convention, that any amendment to Annex A, B or C shall enter into force for OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION of such amendment or accession.
