Article 49 The requirements of industrial safety requirements established by federal executive documents adopted prior to the day of the entry into force of this Federal Law shall be binding Enforcement until the date of entry into force of relevant federal rules and regulations in the field of industrial safety. Article 50 1. This Federal Law shall enter into force ninety days after the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 37 of this Federal Law. 2. Article 37 of this Law shall enter into force on the expiry of the period of ninety days from the date of its official publication, but not earlier than the first number of the regular tax period.
