RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On budget execution of the Federal Fund for Mandatory Medical Insurance for 2010 Adopted by the State Duma on September 21, 2011 Year Approved by the Federation Council on 28 September 2011 Article 1 1. To approve the budget performance report of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) for 2010 with the following main indicators: 1) the total budget of the Fund in the amount of 101,843,605.4 thousand. The budget deficit will amount to 4.36 trillion rubles ($32.6 bln), or 3% of the 2016 GDP. The total amount of expenditures of the Fund is estimated at 103.5 billion rubles. The total amount of investment in the region in 2005 was $51.5 million. The budget deficit will amount to 3.36 trillion rubles ($34.3 billion), or 3% of the 2016 GDP. -Ruble. 2. To approve the source of funding of the Fund's budget deficit from the fund balance of the Fund in the amount of 7,280,367,367,300 -Ruble. Article 2 Approve the following performance indicators for the Fund for 2010: 1) the income of the Fund's budget according to the 2010 budget income classification codes, in accordance with Annex 1 to this Federal Law; (2) the Foundation's 2010 budget expenditure according to Annex 2 to this Federal Law; 3) sources of internal financing of the Fund's budget deficit by source code for funding sources of deficits budgets for 2010 in accordance with annex 3 to this Federal Act; 4) allocation of grants from the Fund's budget to the budgets of the territorial compulsory health insurance funds for the implementation of the territorial programs of compulsory health insurance under the basic program Mandatory health insurance, for 2010 according to Annex 4 to this Federal Law.
