RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On abolition of some district courts Tyumen Region Adopted by the State Duma on 12 March 2010 Federation 17 March 2010 Article 1 In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 31 December 1996 N 1-FKZ "On the judicial system of the Russian Federation": 1) Abolish the Aromashevsky District Court of Tyumen Oblast by transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Golyshmanovsky District Court in Tyumen Oblast; 2) to abolish the Upovsky District Court Tyumen Oblast, referring to the administration of justice in the jurisdiction of the Tyumen District Court of the Tyumen Oblast; (3) to abolish the Jurginsky District Court of Tyumen Oblast by transferring its jurisdiction to the jurisdiction of the Omoichi District Court Tyumen Oblast; (4) to abolish the Yalu-Tumen Court of Tyumen Oblast by transferring its jurisdiction to the jurisdiction of the Yaluator District Court of Tyumen Oblast; 5) to establish that The jurisdiction of the district courts of Tyumen, referred to in paragraphs 1 to 4 of this article, shall be extended to the territory of the following administrative-territorial formations of Tyumen Region within the boundaries existing on the date of entry into force of the present article. Federal Law: Golyshmanovsky District Court-on The territory of the Golyshmanovsky and Aromashevsky districts; the Zavod District Court in the territory of the city of Zavodoukoskovsk, Zavodavukkovo and Uporovske districts; Omuratsky District Court in the territory of Omutinsk and Yurginsky district; Jalotorivsky District Court-in Yalutorovsk and Yalutorovsk district; 6) to the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to carry out organizational activities related to the implementation of this Federal Law; 7) The provision of consumable obligations arising from the implementation of this Federal Act is made at the expense of the federal budget within the limits of the budgetary allocations for the maintenance of the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2 1. This Federal Law shall enter into force 30 days after its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraphs 1 to 5, of this Federal Act. 2. Article 1, paragraphs 1 to 5, of this Federal Act shall enter into force one year after the date of the entry into force of this Federal Act.
