RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 95 of the Criminal Code Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma on 19 March 2010 Approved by the Federation Council on 31 March 2010 Article 95 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Legislative Assembly Russian Federation, 1996, Amend the text as follows: " Article 95. Duration of liquidation of criminal record For persons who have committed crimes before the age of eighteen years, the periods of criminal record, as provided for in article 86, part three, of the present Code shall be reduced and accordingly equal: (a) Six months after the departure or execution of a sentence is more lenient than deprivation of liberty; b) one year after serving a sentence of deprivation of liberty for a minor or minor offence; in) three years after the sentence has been served or a particularly serious crime.
