RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On abolition of some district courts of the Voronezh Region adopted by the State Duma on 24 March 2010 March 2010 Article 1 In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 31 December 1996, N 1-FKZ " O THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: 1) To abolish the Upper Mamamonsky District Court of the Voronezh Region, transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Pavlovsky District Court of the Voronezh Region; 2) to abolish the Verkhniohvsky District Court Voronezh Oblast court to abolish Vorobyevsky District Court of Voronezh Region by transfer of relevant questions of justice to the jurisdiction of the Voronezh Region Court of Voronezh Region jurisdiction in the jurisdiction of the Kalachevsky District The court of Voronezh Region; (4) to abolish the Kaminski District Court of the Voronezh Region, passing on the jurisdiction of the Liskinsky District Court of the Voronezh Region to the jurisdiction of the Liski district court; 5) to abolish Olkhovatsky District Court and the Podgorsky District Court of the Voronezh Region, transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Rossoshansky District Court of the Voronezh Region; 6) to abolish Petropavlovsk district court of the Voronezh Region, referring to the issues of the Voronezh Region "Exercise of justice within the jurisdiction of the Bocharian district court of the Voronezh Region; 7) to abolish the District Court of Voronezh Region", transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of Ostrogozhsky. District Court of the Voronezh Region; 8) to abolish the Ternovsky District Court of the Voronezh Region, transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Voronezh District Court of the Voronezh Region; 9) establish that the jurisdiction of the district courts of the Voronezh Region, Paragraphs 1 to 8 of this article apply to the territory of the following administrative and territorial entities of the Voronezh Region within the boundaries existing on the date of the entry into force of this Federal Law: Pavlovsky District Court is located in Verkhnemomonskoye and Pavlovsky districts; the Novousmansky district court in the territory of Verkhnechoye and Novousmansky districts; Kalachevsky district court-in the territory Vorobyevsk and Kalachevsk rayon; The territory of Kamensky and Liskina districts; Rossoshan District Court-in the territory of the Olkhovat, Podgorodsk and Rossoshanskaya districts; Bohucharsky District Court-in the territory of the Bochacharsky and Petropavlovsk region. Ostrogozhsky District Court-on the territory of the Ostrogozky and Repiyevsky districts; Grinovsky District Court-in the territory of the Gribanov and Ternovsky districts; 10) to the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION (c) The financial obligation to fulfil the obligations arising from the implementation of this Federal Act is provided by the federal budget within the limits of the budget. Provision for the maintenance of the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2 1. This Federal Act shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraphs 1 to 9, of this Federal Act. 2. Article 1, paragraphs 1 to 9, of this Federal Law shall enter into force one year after the date of the official publication of this Federal Law.
