RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments to article 1 of the Federal law "on personal data" and article 15 of the Federal law "on ensuring access to information on the activities of the courts in the Russian Federation" adopted by the State Duma on June 18, 2010 years approved by the Federation Council June 23, 2010 years Article 1 Part 2 of article 1 of the Federal law dated July 27, 2006 N 152-FZ "on personal data" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation , 2006, N 31, art. 3451) to supplement paragraph 5 to read as follows: "5) granting of authorized bodies of information on the activities of the courts in the Russian Federation in accordance with the Federal law of December 22, 2008 year N 262-FZ" on ensuring access to information on the activities of the courts in the Russian Federation ".".
Article 2 to article 15 of the Federal law of December 22, 2008 year N 262-FZ "on ensuring access to information on the activities of the courts in the Russian Federation" (collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 2008, no. 52, art. 6217) as follows: 1) part 3 shall be amended as follows: "3. When placing in Internet texts of judgments rendered by courts of general jurisdiction, except for the texts of judgments to be published in accordance with the law, in order to ensure the safety of participants in a trial of the acts excluded personal data except the names and initials of the complainant, the respondent, a third party, the civil plaintiff, civil respondent, convict, acquitted, a person against whom an administrative offense, the clerk of the court hearing (trial) judges (judges), as well as a Prosecutor, a lawyer and representative if they have participated in the proceedings. Instead of excluded personal data used initials, nicknames or other designations to identify participants in the judicial process. "
2) part 5 shall be amended with paragraph 8 to read as follows: "8) resolved in accordance with article 126 of the code of civil procedure of the Russian Federation."
Article 3 this federal law shall enter into force from July 1, 2010 year.
