RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On abolition of some district courts of the Kirov region adopted by the State Duma on 9 June 2010 Federation 23 June 2010 Article 1 In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 31 December 1996 N 1-FKZ "On the judicial system of the Russian Federation": 1) Abolish the Arbatzhsky District Court of the Kirov Region, the Tuzhinsky District Court of Kirov Region, transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Yaransk District Court of the Kirov Region; 2) to abolish Afanasyevsky District Court of Kirov Region, transferring the issues related to his administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Omutinsk District Court of Kirov Region; 3) to abolish the Belokolunitsky District Court of Kirov Region, Nagorsky District Court of Kirov Region Issues of the administration of justice within the jurisdiction of the Siobod District Court of Kirov Region; 4) to abolish the Boarsk District Court of Kirov Region, transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Uninskoye State District Court of Kirov Region; 5) to abolish the Verhashizhesum District Court of Kirov Region, Lebezhsky District Court of Kirov Region, Pižan District Court of Kirov Region, transferring the relevant questions of implementation Justice in the jurisdiction of the Soviet District Court of Kirov Region; 6) Abolish the Darovsky District Court in the Kirov region, the Oryol District Court of Kirov Region, transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Kotelniechsky District Court of the Kirov Region; 7) Abolish the Kiknur District Court of the Kirov Region, transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Sanchursky District Court of the Kirov Region; 8) to abolish the Kilmez District Court of the Kirov Region, issues related to the administration of justice in the The jurisdiction of the Malmiksky District Court in Kirov Region; 9) to abolish the Nemsky District Court of the Kirov Region, the Suunsky District Court of the Kirov Region, and transfer the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of Nolinskoye District Court of Kirov Region; 10) to abolish the Oparinsk District Court of Kirov Region, passing the relevant questions of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of Murashinsky District Court in Kirov Region; 11) To abolish the Svechinsky District Court of the Kirov Region by passing related to the administration of justice within the jurisdiction of the Shabalinsky District Court of the Kirov Region; 12) to abolish the Falensky District Court of the Kirov Region by referring to its implementation issues of the jurisdiction of the Zuevsky district court of Kirov region; 13) to establish that the jurisdiction of the district courts in Kirov Region, as set out in paragraphs 1 to 12 of this article, extends to the territory of the following territories: Administrative divisions of the Kirov Region In the territory of the district of Yarano, the district court of the Kirov Region, in the territory of the district court of Kirov Region, the district court in the Kirov Region will enter into force. Murashinsky District Court of Kirov Region-in the territory of Murashinsk and Oparin districts; Shabalinsky District Court of Kirov Region-on the territory of Shabalinsk and Svechin districts; Zuevsky District Court of the Kirov Region-in the territory of Zuevsky and Falensky districts; 14) to the Judicial Department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to carry out the organizational arrangements for the execution of this Federal to the law; (15) financial support for obligating documents; of the Federal Act, which is carried out at the expense of the federal budget within the limits of the budgetary allocations for the maintenance of the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2 1. This Federal Act shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 1, paragraphs 1 to 13, of this Federal Act. 2. Article 1, paragraphs 1 to 13, of this Federal Law shall enter into force one year after the date of official publication of this Federal Law.
