To approve the performance report of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) for 2009 with the following main indicators: 1) the total budget of the Fund budget in the amount of 126,562 369,800. The budget deficit will amount to 2.36 trillion rubles ($33.7 bln), or 3% of GDP. The budget deficit will amount to 2.36 trillion rubles ($34.3 bln), or 3% of GDP. -Ruble. 2. To approve the source of financing the Fund's budget deficit from the fund balance of the Fund in the amount of 3,475,019,500. -Ruble.
