Work in the field of engineering activities Genuine engineering includes the following works: genetic manipulation of molecular, cellular levels with recombinant ribonucleic, and nucleic acid for the development of genetically modified organisms (viruses, microorganisms, transgenic plants and transgenic animals, as well as their cells); genetic manipulation at the molecular, cellular levels with the participation of recombinant ribonucleic and deoxyribonucleic Acid for the purposes of agnostic and gene therapy (gene therapy) for humans; all tests of genetically modified organisms, including laboratory, clinical, field, experimental; Gem-engineering waste management; purchase, sale, exchange, other transactions and other activities related to genetic engineering. Genetically-enclosed engineering activities III and IV are subject to licensing under Russian law. "; 4) in article 7: (a) Part five, seventh and the eighth is declared void; b) to be completed with Part 9: "Genetically modified organisms for release into the environment, as well as products derived from application" of such organisms, or containing such organisms, are subject to State registration in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
