RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments to Article 5 of the Russian Federation Law "On State Secrets" Adopted by the State Duma on 1 November 2010 Approved by the Federation Council on 10 November 2010 Article 1 Article 5, paragraph 4 of the Law of the Russian Federation on Official Secrets in the Russian Federation Russian Federation, 1997, 1997, N 41, Art. 4673; 2003, N 46, sect. 4449) the following changes: 1) the first paragraph should be added to the words ", as well as in the field of counterterrorism"; (2) in the paragraph of the second word "and the operative-search activity" is replaced by the words " activities and activities to counter terrorism "; 3) to add the following paragraphs to the following paragraphs: " on measures to ensure the security of critical facilities and potentially dangerous infrastructure facilities of the Russian Federation " of the Federation from terrorist acts; on financial results Monitoring of organizations and individuals received in connection with the verification of their possible involvement in terrorist activities.
