RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On navigation activities Adopted by the State Duma on 30 January 2009 Approved by the Federation Council on 4 February 2009 class="ed">(In the version of federal laws of 02.04.2014) N 60-FZ; dated 13.07.2015. N 216-FZ) Article 1. Scope of this Federal Law 1. This Federal Law sets out the legal framework for navigation activities and aims to create conditions for the navigation and navigation requirements. 2. The operator of the information system for road navigation (hereinafter referred to as the operator) is defined by the Government of the Russian Federation. The operator's access to the information referred to in Part 4 of this article shall be provided by the Government of the Russian Federation by the federal executive authorities and/or its subordinate organizations, except in the cases specified in the Parts 7, 8 and 9 of this article. 7.
