On introducing amendments to Article 1-1 of the Federal Law On Days of Military Glory and Commemorative Dates of Russia Adopted by the State Duma on March 27 2009 Approved by the Federation Council on April 1, 2009 Article 1 Article 1-1 of the Federal Law of 13 March "On the Days of Military Glory and Commemorative Dates of Russia" OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 943; 2005, N 30, est. 3109; 2007, N 10, est. 1149; N 44, est. 5279) Amend the text as follows: " Article 1-1. Russian Federation's memorable dates set in the Russian Federation are the following memorable dates: 25 January-Day of Russian students; 12 April-Cosmonautics Day; 22 June-Day of Memory and Grief- Day of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War (1941); June 29-Day of guerrillas and scavengers; September 3-Day of Solidarity in the Fight against Terrorism; November 7-October Revolution Day of 1917; 9 December-Heroes of the Fatherland; 12 December-Constitution Day OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION href=" ?docbody= &prevDoc= 102128883&backlink=1 & &nd=102034625 "target="contents"> dated March 13, 1995 N 32-FZ " On Days of Military Glory and Commemorative Dates of Russia " (as amended by the Federal Law) the budget, the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local budgets, as well as of extrabudgetary funds, and Voluntary (including earmarked) contributions and donations from natural and legal persons in accordance with article 6 of the Federal Law.
