RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Russian Federation's accession to the Convention on International Carriage by Rail (COTIF) of 9 May 1980 as amended by the Protocol Changes of 3 June 1999 Adopted by the State Duma on 3 July 2009 Approved by the Federation Council on 7 July 2009 Attach on behalf of the Russian Federation to the Convention on International Carriage of Goods by Rail (COTIF), dated 9 May 1980, as amended by the Protocol on The Russian Federation, in accordance with Article 28 § 3 of the Convention on International Carriage by Rail (COTIF), reserves the right not to apply Article 28 § 1 and Article 28 § 2 of COTIF in accordance with Article 28 § 3 of the Convention; (2) The Russian Federation reserves the right not to apply Annex A, C, D, E, F, G to COTIF, and the following declaration: Russian Federation in accordance with Article 1 § 6 of the Single Law International Carriage of Goods by Rail (CIM) (Annex B to the Convention on International Carriage by Rail (COTIF)) will apply Annex B to the carriage performed on a part of the railway infrastructure from the ferry Baltic to the Baltic port railway station (2.84 km), as well as from the ferry complex Ust-Luga to the railway station Luzhskaya (1.745 km).
