RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 34 of the Federal Law "On Military Duty and Military Service" Adopted by the State Duma on 18 November 2009 year Approved by the Federation Council on 25 November 2009 Article 34 (1) of the Federal Law of 28 March 1998 53-FZ "Military and military service" (Assembly OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 1475; 2001, N 7, sect. 620; 2002, N 30, 3029; 2003, N 46, sect. 4437; 2008, N 52, sect. 6235), the following changes: 1) paragraph 3: " Military conscripts who have completed military service before conscription public, municipal or State accreditation in relevant areas of training (specialties) by non-State higher vocational education institutions and higher professional education in these educational establishments. Education, as well as military personnel serving on the conscription and who have served for at least three months; "; (2) paragraph 5 is supplemented by the words" and the higher professional education in these educational establishments ".
