RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW Technical Regulations on Safety of Buildings and Structions Adopted by the State Duma on 23 December 2009 December 2009 (In the wording of Federal Law of 02.07.2013) N 185-FZ Chapter 1. General provisions Article 1. Article 2. Basic concepts 1. Article 3. The scope of application of this Federal Law 1. Article 4. Identification of buildings and structures 1. Article 5. Article 10. Requirements of a healthy person's health accommodation and stay in buildings and structures 1. Article 11. Article 17. On amending the Federal Law "On Technical Regulation" Chapter 1 of the Federal Law of 27 December 2002 N 184-FZ "On technical regulation" (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 2002, N 52, art. 5140; 2007, N 19, sect. 2293; N 49, art. 6070; 2009, N 29, st. 3626) to supplement article 5-1 as follows: " Article 5-1. Features of technical regulation in the area of the security of buildings and structures Features of technical regulation in the area of security of buildings and structures are established by the Federal Law "Technical Regulation on Safety of Buildings and Structions". Article 44. Entry into force of this Federal Law 1. This Federal Law shall enter into force six months after the date of its official publication, with the exception of article 43 of this Federal Law. 2.
