RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On the creation of a Novotcherkasy Garrison Military Court and the abolition of the 6th Garrison Military Court Adopted by the State Duma on May 23, 2008 { \f29 Approved } { \f29 Federation Council } { \f29 } { \f29 } { \f29 } { \f29 } { \f29} { \f29 } { \f29} { \f29} { \f29} { \f29} { \f29} { \f29} { \f29} { \f29} { \f29} { \f29} { \f29} { \f29} { \f29 title= " "> of 22 July 2008 N 140-FZ) Article 1 In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 31 December 1996 of the Russian Federation "On the judicial system of the Russian Federation" and article 1 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 23 June 1999 No. 1-FKZ " On military courts Russian Federation ": 1) create Novocherkassk garrison military court; (2) to establish that the jurisdiction of the Novocherkassk garrison military court extends to the territory where military garrisons, troops, military formations and organs are located Federal law provides for military service in the cities of Gukovo, Donetsk, Zveryevo, Kamensk-Shakhtinsk, Novocherkassk, Novoshakhtinsk, Shakhty and Belokovalinsk, Bokowski, Verkhnodonsky, Kamenskom, and Kushar, Krasnosuzersk, Mellerovsk, Morozovskiy, Oktyabrsk, Tarasnovsk, Ust-Donetsk, Chertkovsky, Sholohovsky district of Rostov region; 3) to exclude from the jurisdiction of Rostov-on-Don the garrison military court questions of the administration of justice in the territory where military garrisons, troops, military formations are located and the bodies in which the federal law provides for military service in the cities of Gukovo, Donetsk, Zverevo, Kamenska Shakhtinsk, Novocherkassk, Shakhty and Belokovalinsk, Bokowski, Verhodonsky, Kamensky, Kashkar, Krasnusalsk, Millerowski, Morozovo, Oktyabrsk, Tarasov, Ust-Donetsk, Chertkovsky, Sholohovsky districts of Rostov region; 4) to abolish the 6th Garrison Military Court. To transfer to the jurisdiction of the Sochi and Vladikavtonous garrison military courts the administration of justice in relation to military garrisons, troops, military units and organs located within their jurisdiction The law provides for military service under the jurisdiction of the 6th Garrison Military Court; 5) to the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to carry out the organizational arrangements for the establishment of the Novocherkassk a garrison military court, as well as the abolition of the 6th Garrison of the military court. Article 2 1. This Federal Act shall enter into force on the date of its official publication, except in accordance with article 1, paragraphs 2 and 3, of this Federal Act.
