(5140) The following changes: 1) Part Two is supplemented with the following sentence: " The procedure for the establishment of these sites is determined by the federal executive body responsible for the development and implementation of the State policy and regulatory framework for the enforcement of criminal penalties. "; 2) Part VIII supplement the following sentences:" Treatment and treatment facilities institutions may be established as isolated areas functioning as colony-settlement. The procedure for the establishment of these sections is determined by the federal executive body responsible for the formulation and implementation of public policies and regulations in the field of execution of criminal penalties.
