RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On lifting reservations to some international treaties adopted by the State Duma on February 16, 2007 Federation 21 February 2007 Article 1 Withhold reservation to: 1) article 12, paragraph 1, of the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics Signature of the Convention and confirmed upon ratification by Decree of the Presidency Supreme Soviet of the USSR, dated 4 August 1971, No. 2000-VIII "On ratification of the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft"; (2) of article 14, paragraph 1, of the Convention for the Suppression of Unlawful Acts against the Safety of Civil Aircraft formulated by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics upon signature of the Convention and confirmed upon ratification by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on 27 December 1972 N 3719-VIII " On ratification of the Convention for the Suppression of the Unlawful acts against the safety of civil aviation "; Article 13, paragraph 1, of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons, including Diplomatic Agents, formulated by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics upon signature of the Convention; and The ratification of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes against Internationally Protected Persons, including Diplomatic Agents "; 4) of Article 17, paragraph 2, of the Convention on Physical Protection Nuclear material made by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics upon signature of the Convention and confirmed upon ratification by the Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of 4 May 1983 N 9236-X " On ratification of the Convention on the Physical Article 16, paragraph 1, of the International Convention against the Taking of Hostages by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics upon accession to the Convention by the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR 7 May 1987 N 6941-XI " On the accession of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic to the International Convention against the Taking of Hostages "; 6) of Article 24, paragraph 1, of the Convention on Offences and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft, formulated by the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics At the time of the accession to the Convention by the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union of 4 December 1987, N 8109-XI " On accession of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics to the Convention on Offences and Certain Other Acts Committed on Board Aircraft ".
