RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On abolition of some regional courts Ryazan Region adopted by the State Duma on 7 March 2007 Federation 16 March 2007 Article 1 In accordance with article 17 of the Federal Constitutional Law of 31 December 1996 N 1-FKZ "On the judicial system of the Russian Federation": 1) to abolish the Yermishinsky District Court of Ryazan Oblast by transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Kadoma District Court of the Ryazan Region; 2) to abolish the Pinelsk District Court of Ryazan In the area, by referring to the jurisdiction of the Court in the jurisdiction of the Sasovsky District Court of the Ryazan Region; (3) to abolish the Putinyatsky District Court of the Ryazan Region, referring to its jurisdiction Justice in the jurisdiction of the Shatsk District Court of Ryazan Region; 4) to abolish the Tchuckovsky District Court of Ryazan Oblast by transferring the relevant issues of the administration of justice to the jurisdiction of the Shilovsky District Court of Ryazan Oblast; 5) to establish that the jurisdiction of Kadoma, The Sasovski, Shatsky and Shilovsky district courts in Ryazan Region apply to the territory of the following administrative and territorial formations of the Ryazan Region within the boundaries existing on the date of the entry into force of this Federal Law: Kadoma district court-in the territory of Yermishinsky and Kadoma district; Sasovski District Court-in the territory of the Pitelinsk and Sasovsk districts; Shatsky District Court-in the territory of Putinija and Shatsky districts; Shilovsky District Court in the territory 6) to the Judicial Department of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to carry out organizational activities related to the abolition of Yermishinsky, Pyatelinsk, Putyijn and Chučkovskyi district courts Ryazan Oblast; 7) financing expenses related to Implementation of this Federal Act is carried out at the expense of the federal budget, within the limits of the funds allocated to the courts of general jurisdiction. Article 2 1. This Federal Law shall enter into force 30 days after its official publication, with the exception of Article 1, paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Federal Law. 2. Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Article 1 of this Federal Law shall enter into force one year after the date of the entry into force of this Federal Law.
