RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments to Article 6 of the Federal Law "Federal Budget 2007" Adopted by the State Duma on 18 May 2007 Approved by the Federation Council on 25 May 2007 Article 1 Article 6 of the Federal Law of 19 December 2006 238 FZ "Federal budget for 2007" (Legislative Assembly Russian Federation, 2006, 5504) The following changes: 1) the first paragraph should be restated: " 1. The revenues of the federal budget received in 2007 are generated by: "; 2) to supplement Part 2 with the following content: " 2. Funds received from the Open Joint Stock Company "Oil Company of Yukos" (Yukos oil company) to settle debts on taxes, fees, other payments, penalties and fines on them, as well as payment of other payments to the budget system OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION Transfer (centralization) of funds to be credited to the budgets of the entities Russian Federation and local budgets, to the federal budget. "; 3) to be supplemented with Part 3 reading: " 3. The operations with the funds referred to in part 2 of this article received in the federal budget from the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and the local budgets are to be reflected in the performance report on the federal budget for 2007 as free of charge.
