RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending the Federal Law "About the 2008 Budget of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund" and on a planned 2009 and 2010 " adopted by the State Duma on November 7, 2007 Approved by the Federation Council on 16 November 2007 Article 1 Article 1 Article 1 of the Federal Law dated July 21, 2007 The Law on the Budget of the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund for 2008 and the Planning Period of 2009 and 2010 (Parliament of the Russian Federation, 2007, N 30, Art. 3798) The following changes: 1) of Part 1-3 of Article 6 shall be worded as follows: " 1. To establish that the Fund, in 2008, submits to the budgets of the territorial funds of compulsory health insurance for the provision of social services for additional free medical care in the part providing for Provision of essential medicines, medical products and specialized therapeutic food for children with disabilities, in accordance with Federal Act No. 178-FZ of 17 July 1999 " On State of social assistance " (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Act on of the Russian Federation), other federal laws and regulations adopted by the Russian Federation in accordance with them. 2. Subventions specified in Part 1 of this Article are sent by territorial funds of compulsory medical insurance in the form of inter-budgetary transfers to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for further use on the basis of State contracts concluded under the laws of the Russian Federation on the placing of orders for the supply of goods, performance of works, provision of services for state and municipal needs. 3. The transactions with the inter-budgetary transfers provided from the budgets of the territorial funds of the compulsory health insurance in the framework of the execution of the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation are taken into account in the accounts, "Open to the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the territorial bodies of the Federal Treasury."; 2) of article 10, paragraph 3, should be supplemented with the following sentence: " Financial support for the State task, as provided for in Part 1 of this Article shall be carried out with In the light of the provision to medical workers referred to in part 1 of this article, the guarantees established by article 114, part four, articles 167, 183 and 187 of the Labour Code of the Russian Federation.
