RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On amendments to the Federal Law "On Science and State Science and Technology Policy" and "Federal Law" On Archive Case Russian Federation " Adopted by the State Duma on 17 November 2006 Approved by the Federation Council on 24 November 2006 (In the wording of Federal Law dated 02.07.2013 N 185-FZ) Article 1 OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 4137; 1998, N 30, sect. 3607; 2000, N 2, st. 162; 2001, N 1, sect. 20; 2004, N 35, sect. 3607; 2005, N 27, st. 2715; 2006, N 1, est. 10) the following changes: 1) (Spspent force-Federal Law of 02.07.2013 N 185-FZ ) (2) in article 5: (a) in paragraph 2 of the word "Academy of Sciences in State" shall be replaced by the words "State Academy of Sciences"; b) paragraph 7 shall be declared void; 3) in Article 6: (a) the title should read: " Article 6. State Academies of Sciences "; b), paragraph 1, amend to read: " 1. Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences (Russian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, Russian Academy of Education, Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Russian Academy of Arts) are State academies of science, not-for-profit organizations, which have the right to administer their activities, the right to own, use and dispose of the property transferred to them in federal property, OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION The Federal Act and the statutes of these academies, including the right to establish, reorganize and liquidating subordinate organizations (including scientific and social services), are reserved for subordinate institutions. Organizations of federal property, as well as the right to approve the statutes of subordinate organizations and the appointment of heads of subordinate organizations. The registers of federal property transferred to the academies of sciences, as well as lists of organizations of the State Academies of Sciences, are approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. The General Assembly of the State Academy of Sciences is the supreme body of the state academy of sciences, which is formed in the stipulated bylaws of the State Academy of Sciences and adopts the statute of the State Academy of the Russian Federation for approval by the Government of the Russian Federation, as well as to elect the actual members, correspondents, foreign members of the State Academy of Sciences, the Presidency and the President of the State Academy of Sciences in Statutes of the State Academy of Sciences Consider other issues identified by the Statute. State Academy of Sciences shall be established, reorganized and abolished by federal law upon the submission of the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation. The activities of the State Academies of Sciences are regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the statutes of the State Academies of Sciences.
