Admit invalid since 1 July 2007: 1) subparas 87 and 101-103 of article 17, paragraph 1, of Federal Law of 8 August 2001 N 128-FZ "On the licensing of certain activities" (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation, 2001, N 33, art. 3430; 2005, No. 27, sect. 2719); 2) paragraphs eighty-ninth and one-hundred-and-third-fifth subparagraph (a) of article 1, paragraph 9, of the Federal Law of 2 July 2005 80-FZ "On amendments to the federal law" On the licensing of certain activities ", the Federal Law" On protection of the rights of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in the conduct of state control (supervision) " and the Code of the Russian Federation Federation of Administrative Offences " (Legislative Assembly Russian Federation, 2005, 2719). 2. Recognize repealed: 1) paragraphs 2 and 5-7 of 6 of Article 18 of the Federal Law of 8 August 2001 N 128-FZ " O OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 3430; 2005, No. 27, sect. 2719; 2006, N 31, sect. 3455); 2) Paragraphs 15-17 of Paragraph 11 of Article 1 of the Federal Law of 2 July 2005 N 80-FZ " On introduction Changes in the Federal Act on the licensing of certain activities, the Federal Act on the protection of the rights of legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in the conduct of State control (supervision) and the Code of the Russian Federation of Administrative Offences " (Legislative Assembly of the Russian Federation Federation, 2005, No. 27, sect. 2719); 3) paragraphs 3 and 6-8 of Article 1 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 N 156-FZ " On introducing changes to OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 3455).
