RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments to Federal Law "On Investigative Activities" adopted by the State Duma on November 11, 2005 Approved by the Federation Council on 23 November 2005 Act No. 144-FZ of 12 August 1995 OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 1995, N 33, Art. 3349; 1999, N 2, Pack. 233; 2001, N 13, est. 1140) the following changes: 1) Article 2, paragraph 4, after the words "events or actions", add the words "(a failure to act)"; (2) in paragraph 6 of article 5, the words "part three" should be replaced by the words "Part Four"; Article 7, paragraph 2, paragraph 2, subparagraph 2, after the words "events or actions" with the words "(omissions)"; 4) in article 8: paragraph 3 of Part Two, after the words "On events or actions", add the word "(a failure to act)"; in Part Three, after the word "grave", add the words " or After the words "events and actions", add the word "(inaction)"; part eight, after the word "grave", to be supplemented by the words "or especially grave".
