RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW amending Article 13 of the Federal Law "Status of servicemen" Adopted by the State Duma on 14 December 2005 Approved by the Federation Council on 20 December 2005 Article 1 Article 13 of the Federal Law of 27 May 1998 76-FZ "Status of military personnel" (Legislative Assembly Russian Federation, 1998, 2331; 2000, N 1, sect. 12; 2002, N 19, Art. 1794; 2003, N 46, sect. 4437; 2004, N 18, sect. 1687; N 35, sect. 3607) the change, supplemented by paragraph 6-1 as follows: " 6-1. Military personnel under contract for military positions of the military educational institutions of higher professional education shall be entitled to salary allowances in the amount of: 40% for associate professor; 60% for professor; 900 roubles for the degree of PhD; 1,500 roubles for a Ph.D. degree.
