RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On Amendments to the Federal Law On joint-stock companies Adopted by the State Duma on 4 February 2004 Federation Council of the Federation on February 11, 2004 Article 1 THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION 1996, N 1, sect. 1; 2001, N 33, article 3423) The following changes: 1) in article 53, paragraph 2, the words "to be elected by a cumulative vote," delete; (2) in article 55: in the second paragraph of paragraph 2 of the words " to be elected by Cumulative voting, "delete; in the second paragraph of paragraph 3 of the word" to be elected by the cumulative vote, " delete; (3) in article 66: paragraph 3 of paragraph 1 should read: " By decision of the General Shareholders Meeting, the powers of all members of the board of directors (the Supervisory Board) may be terminated early. "; paragraph 1 of paragraph 1 shall be declared invalid; paragraph 1 of paragraph 3 should read: " 3. The composition of the board of directors (supervisory board) of the society shall be determined by the constitution of the society or by the decision of the general meeting of shareholders, but shall not be less than five members. "; first paragraph 4, paragraph 4, should read: " 4. The election of the members of the board of directors (supervisory board) of the society shall be carried out by means of a cumulative vote. ".
