Subject of this Federal Law 1. Article 4. Deposits with payments of the Bank of Russia 1. Payments made by the Bank of Russia may be made in accordance with the statement on the payment of the Bank of Russia's payment in cash and by transferring funds to the account in the bank specified by the applicant. 4.
