RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW on amendments and additions to the law of the Russian Federation on the rehabilitation of victims of political repression "adopted by the State Duma January 22, 2003 the year approved by the Federation Council January 29, 2003 year (as amended by federal law from 22/08/2004, no. 122-FZ), Article 1. To the law of the Russian Federation from October 18, 1991-2003, N I 1761 on the rehabilitation of victims of political repression (the RSFSR Congress of people's deputies and the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR, 1991, no. 44, p. 1428; rossiyskaya Gazeta, October 15, 1993, no. 193; Collection of laws of the Russian Federation, 1995, no. 45, art. 4242) the following changes and additions: article 1-1 worded as follows: "article 1-1. Victims of political repression and subject to rehabilitation are: children, however, were repressed on political grounds, their parents or persons in zamenjavshimi, in prison, in exile, expulsion, on the special settlement;
children left in the minors without parents or one of them, unjustly repressed on political grounds. "
Article 2-1 shall be amended as follows: "article 2-1. Victims of political repression are recognized children, spouse, parents of persons executed or died in prison and rehabilitated posthumously.

the second part, after the words "on the recognition of persons" add the words "victims of political repression and subject to rehabilitation."
Article 2. This federal law shall enter into force on January 1, 2003 year.
