RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments and additions to Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation adopted by the State Duma on February 21, 2003 Approved by the Federation Council on 12 March 2003 Article 1. To amend Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Legislation Assembly, 1996, N 5, art. 410) the following changes and additions: 1. Article 539 should be supplemented by paragraph 4, reading: " 4. The rules of this paragraph shall apply to relations under the electrical energy supply contract, unless otherwise specified by law or otherwise. ". 2. In article 541, paragraph 1, the words "energy saving organization and used subscriber" should be replaced by "subscriber and used subscriber". 3. In article 542, paragraph 1, the words "energy saving organization" should be deleted. 4. In article 546: paragraph 2 should be supplemented with the following paragraph: "Termination or restriction of power supply without agreement with a party is a legal entity, but its warning shall be permitted in a prescribed way". by law or by other legal acts in the case of a breach by a specified subscriber of the energy obligation.
