RUSSIAN FEDERATION FEDERAL LAW On introducing amendments and additions to the Federal Law "On the continental shelf of the Russian Federation" in part of marine scientific research Adopted by the State Duma on 21 March 2003 Approved by the Federation Council on 9 April 2003 Article 1.
