N 262-FZ This Federal Law, in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, defines the legal and organizational foundations of the Russian Federation's public service system, including the system OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION CHAPTER 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS Article 1. The State Service of the Russian Federation 1.
